The Prospect of Servo Press

Servo press is a relatively high-quality new type of pure electric press equipment. It has advantages and functions that traditional printing presses do not have. Supports programmable push-in control, process monitoring and evaluation. Using a 12-inch color LCD touch screen, all kinds of information are clear at a glance, and the operation is simple. Up to 100 control programs can be set and selected through external input terminals, and each program has a maximum of 64 steps. During the pressing process, the force and displacement data are collected in real time, and the force-displacement or force-time curve is displayed on the display screen in real time, and the pressing process is judged at the same time. Each program can set up multiple judgment windows, plus a lower envelope.

Pressure assembly is a common process method in mechanical engineering. Especially in the automobile and auto parts industry, the assembly of parts such as bearings and bushings is achieved by pressure assembly. If you want better servo press equipment, consider exclusive customization. The exclusive customized servo press is not only more suitable for the product application process, but also the price is reasonable. Custom servo presses differ from traditional hydraulic press systems. The precision servo press equipment is fully electric, no maintenance of hydraulic components (cylinders, pumps, valves or oil), environmental protection and no oil leakage, because we adopt the new generation of servo technology.

Servo compressor oil pumps generally use internal gear pumps or high-performance vane pumps. The traditional hydraulic press generally uses an axial piston pump under the same flow and pressure, and the noise of the internal gear pump or vane pump is 5db~10db lower than that of the axial piston pump. The servo press runs at the rated speed, and the emission noise is 5db~10db lower than that of the traditional hydraulic press. When the slider descends rapidly and the slider is stationary, the speed of the servo motor is 0, so the servo-driven hydraulic press has basically no noise emission. In the pressure holding stage, due to the low speed of the motor, the noise of the servo-driven hydraulic press is generally below 70db, while the noise of the traditional hydraulic press is 83db~90db. After testing and calculation, the noise produced by 10 servo hydraulic presses is lower than that of ordinary hydraulic presses of the same specification.
